STEAM Camp 1st—3rd
STEAM Camp integrates science, technology, engineering, art, and math in a way that is engaging and fun! Each day will be filled with experiential projects that encourage creativity, learning, and exploration. At the end of the mini-camp, students will present their projects in a Makerspace Gallery. Hand & Machine Sewing Camp 4th—8th
Produce a stuffed animal, a wearable piece, and your own tote bag in this sewing camp. Students will learn traditional techniques for hand-sewing, as well as basic machine sewing skills.
Film Appreciation 9th—12th
This mini-camp will explore the world of film and film-making. Students will learn the basic techniques and styles of film commonly encountered in American cinema, all while watching a handful of diversely arrayed classic pictures. Students will have the opportunity to write film critiques or shoot their own short film.
